One thing a lot of people enjoy is a 30 day self improvement challenge! I mean, who doesn’t love setting a short term goal to improve themselves? It doesn’t have to be complex. Self improvement can be simple. For example, drinking water before coffee in the morning (Yes, this matters, and yes – it’s on this list!).

Why Try A 30 Day Self Improvement Challenge?

The greatest thing about 30 day self improvement challenges is that they don’t have to be some crazy, chaotic thing meant to stress you out all month. You don’t have to change your entire life in a day, find extra money to spend for XYZ, or do some weird manifestation ritual. These are things you can do easily in your home, without extra stress. By the time you finish this 30-day self-improvement challenge, you should feel not only happier and refreshed but also more energized.

Ephesians 4:22-24 says, “You were taught, with regard to your former way of life, to put off your old self, which is being corrupted by its deceitful desires; to be made new in the attitude of your minds; and to put on the new self, created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness.”

How To Get Started:

When you start a 30 day self improvement challenge, you want to make sure you’re keeping track of your progress and what you’re accomplishing.

You can try doing this with a calendar, a piece of paper with 30 boxes on it that you draw, or an progress app.

Choose whichever option you think will benefit you more. You want to choose one you will remember to use. Make sure you put it somewhere you’ll see it. You don’t want to forget about it.

Are you ready to start this challenge? Alright – let’s begin the list!
